The Logical Approach of Empowering the Development of Part-Time Teacher Teams in Vocational Schools with the Spirit of Educators
摘要: 教育家精神是传承中华师德文化精华,趋合新时代教育强国战略需求而形成的精神文化产物,对推动职业学校兼职教师队伍高质量发展具有重要促进作用。具体而言,教育家精神赋能职业学校兼职教师队伍建设的内在逻辑体现为,教育家精神为职业学校兼职教师队伍建设注入了发展内涵、营造了发展生态和赋予发展动力。为实现教育家精神和职业学校兼职教师队伍发展的同频共振,要以教育家精神优化职业学校兼职教师的管理体系;以教育家精神夯实职业学校兼职教师的身份属性;以教育家精神引领职业学校兼职教师的专业发展。
Abstract: The spirit of educators is a spiritual and cultural product formed by inheriting the essence of Chinese teacher ethics and conforming to the strategic needs of building a strong education nation in the new era. It plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of the part-time teacher workforce in vocational schools. Specifically, the inherent logic of how the spirit of educators empowers the development of the part-time teacher workforce in vocational schools is reflected in the fact that it injects developmental connotations, creates a developmental ecosystem, and provides developmental impetus. To achieve resonance between the spirit of educators and the development of the part-time teacher workforce in vocational schools, it is necessary to optimize the management system of part-time teachers in vocational schools with the spirit of educators; to solidify the identity attributes of part-time teachers in vocational schools with the spirit of educators; and to guide the professional development of part-time teachers in vocational schools with the spirit of educators.
