新时代高职高专院校辅导员核心素养体系建构与提升路径研究

Research on the Construction and Enhancement Path of Core Competence System for Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

摘要: 辅导员核心素养对于促进学生成长成才、践行铸魂育人使命，助力辅导员专业化、职业化发展有着重要意义。在对新时代高职高专院校辅导员核心素养现状进行剖析后，提出新时代高职高专院校辅导员核心素养体系由思想政治与价值引领素养、岗位胜任素养、专业发展素养三阶梯度，共计九项核心素养要素构成。通过完善政策制度保障，建立科学评价体系；强化政治引领力，增强职业认同感；创新培训培养模式，打造职业共同体，寻求培育和提升新时代高职高专院校辅导员核心素养的有效路径。

Abstract: The core competencies of counselors are of great significance for promoting students’ growth and success, fulfilling the mission of nurturing the soul and educating people, and facilitating the professionalization and vocationalization of counselors. After analyzing the current situation of core literacy of counselors in higher vocational colleges in the new era, it is proposed that the core literacy system of counselors in higher vocational colleges in the new era consists of three levels: ideological and political and value guidance literacy, job competence literacy, and professional development literacy, with a total of nine core literacy elements. By improving policy and institutional guarantees and establishing a scientific evaluation system, we strengthen political guidance and enhance professional identity; innovate the training and cultivation model, build a professional community, and seek effective ways to cultivate and enhance the core qualities of counselors in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
