中医治疗亨特综合征研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome with Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 拉姆齐・亨特综合征(RHS)是由水痘–带状疱疹病毒感染引发的神经系统疾病，以周围性面瘫症状为主，伴外耳道疱疹等症状，可并发前庭耳蜗功能障碍。该病病程相对痛苦且预后不佳，主流西医抗病毒、激素疗法有效但药物因副作用应用人群受限等问题。中医基于整体辨证、正邪兼顾的治疗思路，在针灸、方药、针药联合及多种治疗手段，且临床效果良好，在该病的治疗中有重要价值。本文总结了几年来治疗RHS的进展，以期为中医在该病综合治疗中提供思路及参考。

Abstract: Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS) is a neurological disease caused by varicella-zoster virus infection, mainly characterized by peripheral facial paralysis, accompanied by symptoms such as herpes zoster of the external auditory canal, and may be complicated by vestibulocochlear dysfunction. The disease is relatively painful with a poor prognosis. The mainstream Western medical treatments such as antiviral therapy and hormone therapy are effective, but the application of these drugs is limited in some populations due to side effects. Based on the therapeutic concepts of holistic syndrome differentiation and simultaneous consideration of healthy qi and pathogenic factors, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has various treatment methods including acupuncture and moxibustion, Chinese herbal formulas, combined acupuncture and herbal medicine therapy, which have achieved good clinical effects and possess important value in the treatment of this disease. This article summarizes the research progress of TCM in treating RHS in recent years, aiming to provide ideas and references for the comprehensive treatment of RHS with TCM.
