创新联合体的组织间信任对数字创新的影响研究——一个有调节的中介效应模型
Research on the Influence of Inter-Organizational Trust in Innovation Consortia on Digital Innovation—A Moderated Mediating Effect Model
摘要: 数字经济背景下,以数字技术为基础的数字创新成为学术界的热点话题。创新联合体作为一种新型创新组织,如何开展数字创新对于其实现价值创造和保持竞争优势具有重要意义。基于资源编排理论,引入能力重构作为中介变量,政府支持作为调节变量,探究创新联合体的组织间信任对数字创新的内在作用机制。基于266份问卷数据,通过层次回归、Bootstrap等方法验证了理论模型。研究发现:(1) 认知信任和情感信任均正向影响数字创新;(2) 能力重构在认知信任、情感信任与数字创新之间起部分中介作用;(3) 政府支持正向调节创新联合体的组织间信任对能力重构的影响。本研究揭示了创新联合体的组织间信任对数字创新的作用机制,不仅拓展了创新联合体的组织间信任和数字创新的研究,也为创新联合体的发展提供了启发和参考。
Abstract: In the context of the digital economy, digital innovation based on digital technologies has become a focal point in academic research. As a novel form of innovative organization, it is crucial for innovation consortia to effectively engage in digital innovation to achieve value creation and maintain competitive advantages. Based on the theory of resource orchestration, this study introduces capability reconfiguration as a mediating variable and government support as a moderating variable to explore the intrinsic mechanisms through which inter-organizational trust influences digital innovation within innovation consortia. Utilizing data from 266 questionnaires and employing hierarchical regression and Bootstrap methods to validate the theoretical model, the research reveals several key findings: (1) both cognitive trust and affective trust have significant positive effects on digital innovation; (2) capability reconfiguration partially mediates the relationship between cognitive trust, affective trust, and digital innovation; (3) government support positively moderates the impact of inter-organizational trust in innovation consortia on capability reconstruction. This study elucidates the mechanism by which inter-organizational trust in innovation consortia affects digital innovation, thereby expanding research on both inter-organizational trust in innovation consortia and digital innovation while providing insights and references for the development of innovation consortia.
