陪诊小程序系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of a Medical Accompaniment Mini-Program System
摘要: 随着我国社会老龄化进程持续加快与医疗服务体系数字化转型的深入,老年群体在就医过程中面临的“数字鸿沟”、流程复杂性与情感陪伴缺失等问题日益凸显。本研究聚焦于老年人就医难题,旨在探索并设计一款以用户体验为核心、技术为支撑的医疗陪诊微信小程序——“守护健康”。论文综合运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、案例分析法及比较分析法,系统梳理了国内外陪诊服务的发展现状、政策环境与技术应用,深入剖析了老年用户在就医全流程中的核心痛点与多元化需求。在此基础上,论文重点阐述了“守护健康”小程序的整体架构、功能模块、技术实现方案及适老化界面设计思路。该系统采用微信小程序云端一体化框架,集成智能预约、陪诊服务匹配、健康数据监测、院内导航与提醒等核心功能,并通过大字体、简流程、情感化设计降低老年用户的使用门槛。研究表明,通过人性化的产品设计与可靠的技术整合,能够有效提升老年人就医效率与体验,为破解“银发族”就医难问题提供了可行的数字化解决方案。同时,论文也对陪诊行业规范化、技术应用深化及服务模式创新提出了对策建议。
Abstract: With the accelerating aging of Chinese society and the in-depth digital transformation of the medical service system, issues faced by the elderly group during medical treatment—such as the “digital divide”, complex procedures, and lack of emotional companionship—have become increasingly prominent. This study focuses on the medical difficulties of the elderly, aiming to explore and design a WeChat mini-program for medical accompaniment services named “Guardian Health”, which takes user experience as the core and technology as the support. The paper systematically sorts out the development status, policy environment, and technological applications of medical accompaniment services at home and abroad, and in-depth analyzes the core pain points and diversified needs of elderly users throughout the entire medical process, by comprehensively using literature research, questionnaire surveys, case analysis, and comparative analysis methods. On this basis, the paper focuses on expounding the overall architecture, functional modules, technical implementation plan, and elderly-friendly interface design ideas of the “Guardian Health” mini-program. Adopting the cloud-integrated framework of WeChat mini-programs, the system integrates core functions including intelligent appointment booking, medical accompaniment service matching, health data monitoring, in-hospital navigation, and reminders. It also reduces the usage threshold for elderly users through large fonts, simplified procedures, and emotionalized design. The research shows that humanized product design and reliable technology integration can effectively improve the medical efficiency and experience of the elderly, providing a feasible digital solution to solve the “silver-haired group’s” difficulty in accessing medical services. Meanwhile, the paper also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the standardization of the medical accompaniment industry, the deepening of technological applications, and the innovation of service models.
