智能之“心”守护——大学生对AI心理咨询接受度及其影响因素研究
Intelligent “Heart” Guard—A Study on College Students’ Acceptance of AI Psychological Counseling and Its Influencing Factors
摘要: 在数字化浪潮与心理健康需求激增的双重背景下,大学生群体面临日益严峻的心理健康挑战。当前,大学生心理健康服务面临传统咨询资源不足、时空限制显著及社会认知偏差等多重困境,而人工智能技术为心理健康服务模式的革新提供了新可能,“AI心理咨询”正成为重构高校心理健康服务体系的重要突破口。基于此,本文聚焦大学生对AI心理咨询的接受度及其影响因素,重点运用AHP (层次分析法)构建多层次评价结构,系统识别并量化影响接受度的关键因素,并通过结合问卷调查与相关文献,揭示了影响大学生对AI心理咨询接受度的因素,包括AI技术、隐私、污名化感知等。研究结论可为高校AI心理咨询平台建设提供数据支撑,同时为AI心理咨询技术的场景适配性优化提供建议,助力构建更具包容性与实效性的校园心理健康生态体系。
Abstract: Under the dual background of the wave of digitalization and the surge in mental health needs, college students are facing increasingly severe mental health challenges. Currently, mental health services for college students are facing multiple difficulties such as insufficient traditional counseling resources, significant time and space constraints, and social cognitive biases. Artificial intelligence technology provides new possibilities for the innovation of mental health service models. “AI psychological counseling” is becoming an important breakthrough in reconstructing the mental health service system of colleges and universities. Based on this, this article focuses on college students’ acceptance of AI psychological counseling and its influencing factors, focusing on using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to build a multi-level evaluation structure, systematically identifying and quantifying the key factors affecting acceptance, and by combining questionnaire surveys and related literature, it reveals the factors that affect college students’ acceptance of AI psychological counseling, including AI technology, privacy, stigma perception, etc. The research conclusions can provide data support for the construction of AI psychological counseling platforms in colleges and universities, and provide suggestions for optimizing the scene adaptability of AI psychological counseling technology, helping to build a more inclusive and effective campus mental health ecosystem.
