摘要: 髋关节置换术(Total Hip Arthroplasty, THA)是治疗严重髋关节疾病的有效手段，能够显著缓解患者疼痛、恢复关节功能并提高患者的生活质量。然而，术后感染，尤其是假体周围感染(Periprosthetic Joint Infection, PJI)，是THA术后最严重的并发症之一。尽管感染的发生率仅为1%~2%，但其治疗复杂、费用高昂，且对患者的功能恢复、生活质量及家庭负担造成严重影响。本文主要从患者因素及手术相关因素来分析髋关节置换术后的感染因素及预防措施，为临床实践提供参考。
Abstract: Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) is an effective treatment for severe hip joint diseases, significantly alleviating patient pain, restoring joint function, and improving quality of life. However, postoperative infections, particularly Periprosthetic Joint Infection (PJI), represent one of the most serious complications following THA. Although the incidence of infection is only 1%~2%, its management is complex, costly, and imposes a substantial impact on functional recovery, quality of life, and family burden for patients. This article primarily analyzes the risk factors for infection after THA from both patient-related and surgery-related perspectives, aiming to provide references for clinical practice.
