数字化背景下海底捞文化建设的特色分析及未来发展路径
Analysis of the Distinctive Features of Haidilao’s Cultural Development in the Digital Context and Future Development Pathways
摘要: 作为一家业务遍及全球的大型餐饮企业,海底捞凭借其卓越的服务理念和独特的文化建设发展至今。在数字化与线上服务快速发展的背景下,餐饮企业的企业文化正通过信息化系统与网络化运营不断强化和外化。本文主要分析海底捞在线上线下一体化运营中的文化建设特色,包括以人为本的服务理念、数字化管理支持下的员工激励机制、良好的企业文化氛围等,探讨其在网络化服务场景中的成功要素。同时,本文还揭示了海底捞在快速扩张过程中面临的主要挑战,如管理复杂性增加、品牌一致性难以保持等问题。最后,针对这些问题,本文提出了未来的发展路径,包括数字化管理、信息化支撑下的企业文化创新与传承,以期为海底捞的可持续发展提供借鉴。
Abstract: As a large-scale catering enterprise with operations spanning the globe, Haidilao has flourished through its exceptional service philosophy and distinctive cultural development. Against the backdrop of rapid digitalisation and online service expansion, corporate culture within the catering industry is being progressively reinforced and externalised through information systems and networked operations. This paper primarily analyses the distinctive features of Haidilao’s cultural development within its integrated online-offline operations. These include its people-centred service philosophy, employee incentive mechanisms supported by digital management, and a positive corporate culture atmosphere. It explores the key factors contributing to its success within networked service scenarios. Concurrently, the paper highlights major challenges Haidilao faces during its rapid expansion, such as increased management complexity and difficulties in maintaining brand consistency. Finally, addressing these issues, the paper proposes future development pathways. These encompass cultural innovation and continuity underpinned by digital management and information technology, aiming to provide insights for Haidilao's sustainable development.
