高职院校文创专业模块化课程改革研究:构建与实施路径
Research on the Modular Curriculum Reform in Cultural and Creative Programs at Higher Vocational Institutions: Construction and Implementation Pathways
摘要: 随着文化创意产业在国民经济中的地位日益凸显,产业转型升级对高素质技术技能型文创人才的需求日益迫切。作为培养文创领域技术技能人才的主阵地,高职院校文化创意与策划专业(以下简称“文创专业”)的传统课程体系已难以适应快速变化的产业需求,面临人才培养与岗位能力要求错位、课程内容与技术进步脱节、教学方式与职业能力形成规律不符等多重挑战。在这一背景下,模块化课程改革成为推动高职文创专业内涵建设、提升人才培养质量的重要突破口。模块化教学作为一种以能力为本位、以学习成果为导向的课程组织模式,通过将相关知识、技能和素养按照特定主题或能力项目进行整合,形成相对独立又相互联系的教学单元,从而增强课程设置的灵活性与适应性,提高教学效率与学习效果。
Abstract: With the cultural and creative industries playing an increasingly prominent role in the national economy, the transformation and upgrading of these industries has generated urgent demand for highly-skilled, technology-savvy talent. As the main channel for cultivating such professionals, the traditional curriculum of Cultural Creativity and Planning programs (hereafter “CCP programs”) in Chinese higher vocational colleges can no longer keep pace with rapidly evolving industry needs. The programs now face multiple challenges: a mismatch between graduate competencies and job requirements, course content that lags behind technological advances, and teaching methods that are out of step with the way professional abilities are actually formed. Against this backdrop, modular curriculum reform has become a key lever for advancing the intrinsic development of CCP programs and raising the quality of talent cultivation. Modular instruction is a competency-based, outcome-oriented way of organizing courses. By integrating relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes around specific themes or competency targets, it creates relatively self-contained yet interlinked learning units. This approach increases curricular flexibility and adaptability while improving both teaching efficiency and learning effectiveness.
