父母参与非语言性沟通联合引导式教育在患儿孤独症康复护理中的应用研究
Research on the Application of Parental Participation in Nonverbal Communication and Joint Guided Education in the Rehabilitation Nursing of Children with Autism
摘要: 目的:探讨父母参与非语言性沟通联合引导式教育在患儿孤独症康复护理中的应用效果。方法:从2024年1月~2025年3月之间选取86例患儿孤独症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例展开研究。结果:观察组在社交情感理解能力、同伴互动质量及社交互动频率等指标上显著优于对照组P < 0.05。观察组在语言表达能力、语言理解能力及非语言沟通辅助频率上均显著优于对照组P < 0.05。观察组在刻板行为频率、注意力持续时间、情绪稳定性三项行为表现指标上均显著优于对照组P < 0.05。观察组在自理能力与适应能力评分上均显著高于对照组P < 0.05。观察组父母在非语言沟通技能与引导式教育执行能力评分上均显著高于对照组P < 0.05。结论:父母参与非语言性沟通联合引导式教育能有效提升孤独症患儿的康复效果及父母支持能力,值得在孤独症康复领域推广应用。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of parental participation in nonverbal communication and joint guided education in the rehabilitation nursing of children with autism. Method: 86 children with autism were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group from January 2024 to March 2025, with 43 cases in each group for the study. Result: The observation group showed significant improvement in social-emotional understanding ability, peer interaction quality, and social interaction frequency compared to the control group, with P < 0.05. The observation group showed significant improvements in language expression ability, language comprehension ability, and nonverbal communication assistance frequency compared to the control group, with P < 0.05. The observation group showed significant improvement in the frequency of stereotyped behavior, duration of attention, and emotional stability compared to the control group, with P < 0.05. The observation group showed significantly higher scores in self-care ability and adaptability compared to the control group, with P < 0.05. The observation group’s parents showed significantly higher scores in nonverbal communication skills and guided education execution ability compared to the control group, with P < 0.05. Conclusion: Parental participation in nonverbal communication combined with guided education can effectively improve the rehabilitation outcomes and parental support abilities of children with autism, and is worthy of promotion and application in the field of autism rehabilitation.
