摘要: 君子与绅士分别作为中西方理想人格的典范，深刻塑造了各自社会的道德观念与行为模式。两者在强调道德修养、社会责任与人格的全面发展上具有共通性，且均经历了从身份标识向道德理想的历史演变。然而，在其历史渊源、阶级属性、价值取向、精神气质及教育体系等方面存在差异。通过系统比较这两种人格范式的同与异，不仅有助于深化对中西方文明特质的理解，也为当代人格教育的创新与社会价值观的发展提供了跨文化资源。

Abstract: As exemplary models of ideal personality in Chinese and Western cultures respectively, the Junzi and the gentleman have profoundly shaped the moral concepts and behavioral patterns of their respective societies. Both share common ground in emphasizing moral cultivation, social responsibility, and the holistic development of character, and both have undergone a historical evolution from status symbols to moral ideals. However, significant differences exist in their historical origins, class attributes, value orientations, spiritual dispositions, and educational systems. By systematically comparing the similarities and differences between these two personality paradigms, we can not only deepen our understanding of the distinctive traits of Chinese and Western civilizations but also provide cross-cultural resources for innovating contemporary character education and advancing social values.
