亲子健康教育对住院青少年抑郁障碍患者心理康复的影响探究
Exploring the Impact of Parent-Child Health Education on Psychological Rehabilitation in Inpatients with Adolescent Depression
摘要: 目的:研究亲子健康教育对住院青少年抑郁障碍患者心理康复的影响。方法:选择2024年10月~2025年10月本院收治的住院青少年抑郁障碍患者78例,随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,分析两组干预效果。结果:干预后,研究组HAMD-17评分、DSRSC评分低于对照组,P < 0.05;干预后,研究组青少年心理韧性评分高于对照组,P < 0.05;干预后,研究组FAD评分低于对照组,P < 0.05;干预后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,P < 0.05。结论:亲子健康教育可有效改善住院青少年抑郁障碍患者的抑郁症状,提升其心理韧性,优化家庭功能,并显著提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of parent-child health education on psychological rehabilitation in hospitalized adolescents with depressive disorders. Methods: A total of 78 adolescents with depressive disorders admitted to our hospital from October 2024 to October 2025 were randomly assigned to the study group and control group using a randomized number table method. Results: Post-intervention, the HAMD-17 score and DSRSC score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The study group also demonstrated higher psychological resilience scores (P < 0.05), lower FAD scores (P < 0.05), and improved quality of life scores (P < 0.05) compared to the control group. Conclusion: Parent-child health education can effectively alleviate depressive symptoms, enhance psychological resilience, optimize family functioning, and significantly improve the quality of life in hospitalized adolescents with depressive disorders.
