核心素养视阈下地理科学专业人才培养质量提升研究

Research on Enhancing the Quality of Talent Cultivation in Geographical Sciences from the Perspective of Core Competencies

摘要: 为了落实教育部卓越教师培养计划的目标，本研究从核心素养的视角，分析了当前地理科学专业人才培养中存在的困境及提升对策。文章在全面阐述地理学核心素养内涵的基础上，剖析了初高本衔接脱节、培养方案不完善、专业实践不足、核心能力欠缺等问题对地理科学专业人才培养质量的限制。针对上述问题，提出了系统性的提升对策。

Abstract: To achieve the goals set by the Ministry of Education’s Outstanding Teacher Training Program, this study analyzes the current dilemmas and proposes strategies for enhancing the quality of cultivating geography science professionals from the perspective of core competencies. Based on a comprehensive elaboration of the connotations of geographical core competencies, the article examines factors limiting the quality of talent cultivation in geography science, such as the disconnection in the primary-secondary-undergraduate transition, inadequate cultivation plans, insufficient professional practice, and lack of core competencies. Systematic strategies for improvement are proposed in response to these issues.
