创新创业竞赛对地方本科高校大学生创新创业能力影响研究——以湖北汽车工业学院为例

Research on the Impact of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions on Undergraduate Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Capabilities in Local Undergraduate Universities—A Case Study of Hubei University of Automotive Technology

摘要: 在创新创业教育全面融入人才培养体系背景下，创新创业竞赛已成为地方本科高校培养大学生创新创业能力的重要途径。以湖北汽车工业学院为对象，从竞赛参与现状、对创新创业能力的影响等维度展开调研。结果显示，参赛学生的创新创业能力显著高于未参赛者，尤其在实践能力与团队协作方面，且能力提升效果随竞赛层级升高呈阶梯式增强，但学生创新创业类竞赛存在参与覆盖面不足、竞赛成果层级偏低、激励机制不完善等问题。为此，从精准宣传、产赛融合、激励优化及阶梯培养四方面提出建议，以构建可持续发展的竞赛育人体系，提升地方本科高校创新创业竞赛育人实效。

Abstract: In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship education being fully integrated into the talent cultivation system, innovation and entrepreneurship competitions have become an important means for local undergraduate universities to cultivate undergraduate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. Taking Hubei University of Automotive Technology as a case study, this research investigates the current situation of competition participation and its impact on innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. The results show that the innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of participating students are significantly higher than those of non-participants, particularly in practical capabilities and team collaboration. Moreover, the effect of capability improvement shows a stepwise enhancement with the elevation of competition levels. However, issues such as insufficient participation coverage, relatively low achievement levels in competitions, and imperfect incentive mechanisms persist in student innovation and entrepreneurship competitions. Accordingly, suggestions are proposed in four aspects: precision publicity, integration of industry and competitions, optimization of incentives, and tiered cultivation, aiming to construct a sustainable competition-based educational system and enhance the educational effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in local undergraduate universities.
