民族地区学前推广普及国家通用语言文字的价值意蕴、现存困境及纾困之策
The Value Implications, Existing Challenges, and Solutions for Promoting and Popularizing the National Common Language and Script in Preschool Education in Ethnic Minority Regions
摘要: 推广普及国家通用语言文字是促进民族地区团结与发展的战略性基础工程,而学前教育阶段是此项工作的关键环节。本文结合政策导向与现实关切,对民族地区学前推普工作展开系统探讨。研究首先从二语习得理论视角,厘清其在夯实国家认同、促进社会融合、服务乡村振兴等多层面的深层机制与价值;进而基于实际情况,揭示当前在协同育人、师资队伍、教学过程及教学资源等方面存在的突出困境;最后,针对性地提出构建共育生态、加强师资建设、深化教学创新、优化资源供给等兼具理论依据与实操性的系统改进路径。本文旨在为系统推进并深化民族地区国家通用语言文字在学前阶段的高质量推广普及提供参考。
Abstract: Promoting and popularizing the national common language and script is a strategic foundational project for promoting unity and development in ethnic minority regions, and the preschool education stage is a crucial link in this work. This paper systematically explores the promotion of the national common language and script in preschool education in ethnic minority regions, combining policy guidance and practical concerns. The study first clarifies the deep-seated mechanisms and values from the perspective of second language acquisition theory, focusing on its role in strengthening national identity, promoting social integration, and serving rural revitalization. Based on the actual situation, it then reveals the prominent challenges currently existing in collaborative education, teacher training, teaching processes, and teaching resources. Finally, it proposes targeted and practical systemic improvement paths, including building a collaborative education ecosystem, strengthening teacher training, deepening teaching innovation, and optimizing resource supply. This paper aims to provide a reference for systematically promoting and deepening the high-quality promotion and popularization of the national common language and script in preschool education in ethnic minority regions.
