基于朋辈教育的深圳大学体育支教思政方略研究
A Study on the Ideological and Political Strategy of the Peer Education-Based Sports Teaching Support of Shenzhen University
摘要: 本文以深圳大学体育学院的支教大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查与数据分析,系统探讨了朋辈教育在支教过程中的实施路径与思政教育成效。研究发现,朋辈支教者通过亲和式沟通与榜样示范作用,能有效增强乡村学生对体育学习与思想政治教育的接受度,促进“以体育人”与“以德育人”的有机融合。同时,体育支教还实现了大学生与乡村学生的双向成长,构建了良好的实践育人生态。然而,实践过程中也暴露出思政内容融合不够深入、组织保障机制不健全、培训体系不完善等问题。据此提出了深化思政内容融合、健全组织保障体系、完善支教者培训体系,旨在为高校体育支教实践与思想政治教育创新提供理论参考与实践启示。
Abstract: This article takes the sports teaching support students carried out by the Sports College of Shenzhen University as the research subject. It adopts a combined approach of questionnaire surveys and data analysis to systematically explore the implementation paths of peer education and the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the teaching support process. The study found that through approachable communication and role modeling, peer volunteers can effectively enhance rural students’ acceptance of physical education and ideological and political education, promoting the organic integration of “educating through sports” and “educating through morality”. Meanwhile, sports teaching support also facilitates the mutual growth of university students and rural students, creating a positive practical education ecosystem. However, the practice also reveals issues such as insufficient integration of ideological and political content, inadequate organizational support mechanisms, and an imperfect training system. Thus it proposes strategies such as optimizing the peer education path, improving training and evaluation mechanisms, and strengthening institutional support from universities, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical insights for the innovation of university sports teaching support practice and ideological and political education.
