基于积极情绪拓展–建构理论的团体音乐心理辅导课程开发研究
Research on the Development of Group Music Psychological Counseling Courses Based on the Broaden-and-Build Theory
摘要: 基于积极情绪的拓展–建构理论,探索以提升医学生幸福感为目标的团体音乐心理辅导课程设计与实施路径。研究通过理论整合,将积极心理学与音乐治疗技术相结合,围绕积极情绪拓展与建构的核心机制,设计了包含教学目标确立、教学评价设计、教学内容建构及方法组织的干预框架,并以“情绪焕彩–积极情绪体验”为例呈现具体案例。研究强调通过音乐活动诱发积极情绪,拓展学生的瞬时思维与行动范围,并逐步建构持久的生理、社会与心理,促进其主观幸福感持续提升,为医学院校心理健康教育及医学生积极心理培育提供创新视角。
Abstract: Based on the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions, this study explores the construction and implementation of the group music psychological counseling courses aimed at enhancing the well-being of medical students. By integrating positive psychology with music therapy techniques and centering on the core mechanisms of broadening and building through positive emotions, an intervention framework was developed, encompassing goal setting, evaluation design, content construction, and methodological organization. A specific intervention case, “Emotional Radiance—Positive Emotional Experience”, is presented as an illustrative example. The research emphasizes that music-based activities can elicit positive emotions, broaden students’ momentary thought-action repertoires, and progressively build enduring physiological resources, social resources, and psychological resources, thereby fostering sustained improvement in subjective well-being. This approach offers an innovative perspective for mental health education and the cultivation of positive psychology among medical students in academic medical settings.
