基于OBE理念的“西方经济学”课程思政研究

摘要: 基于OBE理念将思政元素有机融入“西方经济学”课程教学能有效提升课程思政成效。本文基于对西方经济学教学现状的分析和对OBE概念的研究认为,西方经济学教育一方面要帮助学生正确理解反映社会化大生产和市场经济过程的既定理论;另一方面要帮助学生充分理解这些理论所蕴含的制度特征和价值观,帮助学生树立正确的人生观和与实施中国特色社会主义相关的世界观。此外,本文从课程思政目标、课程内容、教学方法、评价体系、持续改进机制以及提升思政融入的学理深度等方面提出基于OBE理念改进“西方经济学”课程思政教学的行动方案。
Abstract: Integrating ideological and political elements organically into the teaching of Western Economics based on the OBE philosophy can effectively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education within the course. This paper, grounded in an analysis of the current state of Western Economics teaching and research into the OBE concept, argues that Western Economics education should, on the one hand, assist students in correctly understanding established theories reflecting the processes of large-scale socialized production and market economies; on the other hand, it should help students fully comprehend the institutional characteristics and values embedded within these theories, thereby aiding them in establishing a correct outlook on life and a worldview relevant to the implementation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Furthermore, this paper proposes an action plan for enhancing the ideological and political education within the “Western Economics” course based on the OBE philosophy. This plan addresses the following aspects: the objectives of course-based ideological and political education, course content, teaching methodologies, assessment systems, mechanisms for continuous improvement, and the academic depth required to integrate ideological and political education more effectively.
