高校中外合作办学理念下构建虚拟教研室的研究与应用
Research and Application on the Construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Rooms under the Concept of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in Colleges and Universities
摘要: 在教育全球化与数字化融合背景下,高校中外合作办学普遍面临师资分散、教学模式差异及文化融合难度大等问题,严重制约合作办学下教学目标与教学质量的发展。虚拟教研室作为信息化智慧教学的新型基层教学组织,为破解这些难题提供了路径。本文聚焦虚拟教研室的构建与应用,梳理分析2020~2025年国内外研究模式的差异,指出当前研究对“双体系融合”关注不足等缺口;探索四方面内容:“构建统筹层–专项层–执行层”三级组织架构、设计混合式教研活动、建立资源共享机制、研究教师发展途径、完善运行保障体系,为高校中外合作办学提供实践范式,丰富跨文化教育场景下的虚拟教研室理论,助力高等教育国际化发展。
Abstract: In the context of the integration of educational globalization and digitalization, universities’ cooperative education programs generally encounter problems such as scattered teaching staff, differences in teaching models, and difficulties in cultural integration, which severely restrict the development of teaching goals and teaching quality under the cooperative education model. The virtual teaching room, as a new type of grassroots teaching organization for intelligent information-based teaching, provides a solution to these problems. This article focuses on the construction and application of the virtual teaching room, summarizes and analyzes the differences in research models at home and abroad from 2020 to 2025, points out the gaps in current research such as insufficient attention to the “dual system integration”, and explores four aspects: constructing a three-level organizational structure of “coordinated layer—specialized layer—execution layer”, designing mixed teaching activities, establishing a resource sharing mechanism, researching teacher development paths, and improving the operation guarantee system. It provides a practical model for university cooperative education programs, enriches the theory of virtual teaching rooms in cross-cultural education scenarios, and helps promote the internationalization of higher education development.
