我国市场准入管理制度健全路径研究
Research on the Path to Establishing a Sound Market Access Management System in China
摘要: 市场准入管理制度实际上就是市场准入制度的一体两面，其只是更多地采取了一种管理者的视角进行理解。本文着重强调这一关系，从市场准入入手辨析市场准入管理制度的概念，明确分析对象；并分析其历史沿革，把握历史脉络，以期对我国市场准入管理制度的健全作未来展望。
Abstract: The market access management system essentially constitutes the two sides of the same coin as the market access system, albeit viewed primarily through the lens of administration. This paper emphasizes this relationship by defining the concept of the market access management system through the prism of market access, thereby clarifying the subject of analysis. It further examines its historical evolution to grasp the developmental trajectory, aiming to provide insights for the future improvement of China’s market access management system.
