摘要: 盘状外侧半月板(DLM)是膝关节外侧半月板的一种先天性形态异常,由Young于1889年首次描述,特征是中央肥大和直径大于正常直径,缺乏特征性的“C”型形状。本综述系统阐述了盘状半月板的流行病学特征、病因学说、发病机制、临床表现、诊断方法及治疗策略。通过对现有文献的综合分析,旨在为临床医师特别是骨科专科医师提供关于该疾病的全面认识,以改善患者的诊疗效果。
Abstract: The discoid lateral meniscus (DLM) is a congenital morphological anomaly of the knee’s lateral meniscus, first described by Young in 1889. It is characterized by central hypertrophy, an increased diameter compared to the normal meniscus, and the loss of the typical “C” shape. This review systematically outlines the epidemiology, etiologies, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnostic approaches, and management strategies for discoid meniscus. Through a comprehensive analysis of the existing literature, it aims to provide clinicians, particularly orthopedic specialists, with a thorough understanding of the condition to optimize diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making, thereby improving patient outcomes.
