师范类专业认证背景下课程目标制定的问题分析及对策研究
A Study on Problems and Countermeasures in Curriculum Objective Setting under the Background of Normal Professional Certification
摘要: 课程目标是专业教育教学理念在课程层面的体现,是教师进行教学设计、开展教学的基本依据,在师范类专业认证背景下,课程目标更是实施课程考核和目标达成度评价的“靶标”。当下,课程目标制定存在定位模糊、内容缺少层次、不利于教学与考核、不能有效支撑毕业要求等问题,其原因在于教师对课程目标制定要求的认识不足,系统化的研究设计和支撑毕业要求的有效论证缺乏,持续改进机制不健全。基于此,课程目标制定应当锚定认证导向,提升课程目标定位的精准性;对标认证标准,强化课程目标制定的规范性;梳理逻辑脉络,构建课程目标体系的系统性。
Abstract: Curriculum objectives are the embodiment of professional educational and teaching philosophy at the curriculum level, and serve as the fundamental basis for teachers to design and implement teaching activities. Under the background of normal professional certification, they further function as the “target” for conducting curriculum assessments and evaluating the achievement degree of objectives. At present, there exist several problems in curriculum objective setting, such as ambiguous orientation, lack of hierarchical content, inconvenience for teaching and assessment, and insufficient support for graduation requirements. These problems stem from teachers’ inadequate understanding of the requirements for curriculum objective setting, the absence of systematic research design and effective demonstration to support graduation requirements, and the imperfection of the continuous improvement mechanism. Based on this, curriculum objective setting should be anchored in certification orientation to enhance the accuracy of their positioning, aligned with certification standards to strengthen the standardization of their formulation, and sorted out in logical context to construct the systematicness of the curriculum objective system.
