“课程–实训–实习”全链条视域下护理本科生人文关怀素养培育路径探索
Exploration of the Cultivation Path of Humanistic Care Literacy for Nursing Undergraduates from the Perspective of the “Curriculum-Training-Internship” Full Chain
摘要: 人文关怀素养是护理专业核心职业素养的核心构成,更是提升护理服务质量、构建和谐医患关系的关键支撑。当前护理本科教育中,人文关怀培育存在碎片化、理论与实践脱节、各环节衔接不畅等突出问题,制约了护理人才培养质量的提升。本文立足“课程–实训–实习”全链条育人逻辑,从理论认知奠基、模拟实践强化、临床应用淬炼三个递进维度,系统探索“课程渗透、实训赋能、实习锤炼”的一体化人文关怀素养培育路径,明确各环节的核心目标、实施策略、衔接机制及保障体系,为护理专业人文教育改革提供可借鉴的实践范式,助力培养兼具精湛护理技能与深厚人文素养的复合型护理人才。
Abstract: Humanistic care literacy is a core component of the key professional competencies for nursing majors, and it also serves as a crucial support for improving the quality of nursing services and building harmonious nurse-patient relationships. Currently, in undergraduate nursing education, the cultivation of humanistic care faces prominent problems such as fragmentation, disconnection between theory and practice, and poor connection among various links, which have restricted the improvement of the quality of nursing talent training. Based on the full-chain education logic of the “Curriculum-Training-Internship”, this paper systematically explores an integrated cultivation path of humanistic care literacy characterized by “curriculum penetration, training empowerment, and internship tempering” from three progressive dimensions: laying a foundation for theoretical cognition, strengthening simulated practice, and tempering clinical application. It clarifies the core objectives, implementation strategies, connection mechanisms, and guarantee systems of each link, aiming to provide a referable practical paradigm for the reform of humanistic education in nursing majors and help cultivate compound nursing talents with both exquisite nursing skills and profound humanistic literacy.
