人工智能介入竞技体能训练的思考——立场辨析、现实考量与规范方略

摘要: 以人工智能为代表的前沿性技术重塑了现代竞技体能的提质增效路径,同时亦给竞技体育发展带来新的风险和挑战。如何划定人工智能应用的边界及建构适当的规制体系是竞技体育体能训练当下面临的重大问题。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,阐述人工智能介入竞技体育体能训练的立场之辩、现实考量与规制路径。研究发现,人工智能介入竞技体育在竞技目的、公平竞争与人类本质等方面具有两面性。研究认为,人工智能介入竞技体育体能训练存在身体主位性缺失、价值理性与工具理性错位及合生数据催生多重风险等困境。人工智能介入竞技体育的规范方略:遵循身体哲学伦理,回归竞技体育本质;价值嵌入与技术支撑,防止“智能叛变”;构建体育人工智能信息安全体系,强化竞技体能训练数据的隐私保护。
Abstract: Frontier technologies represented by artificial intelligence have reshaped the performance enhance-ment pathways of modern competitive sports, while simultaneously introducing new risks and challenges to athletic development. Determining the boundaries of AI application and constructing an appropriate regulatory framework have become critical issues in contemporary competitive sports training. Employing research methods such as literature review and logical analysis, this paper examines the positioning debate, practical considerations, and regulatory pathways concerning the integration of AI into competitive sports training. The study finds that AI’s involvement in competitive sports presents a dual nature in terms of competitive objectives, fair play, and human essence. It is argued that the integration of AI into sports training faces several dilemmas, including the loss of bodily agency, the misalignment between value rationality and instrumental rationality, and multiple risks arising from synthetic data. The proposed regulatory strategies for AI in competitive sports are: adhering to the ethics of bodily philosophy and returning to the essence of athletic competition; embedding values with technological support to prevent “intelligent rebellion”; and establishing a sports AI information security system to strengthen privacy protection in training data.
