笔尖疗愈–表达性写作对于大一新生正负性情绪的研究
Pen Tip Healing—A Study on the Impact of Expressive Writing on Positive and Negative Emotions among Freshmen
摘要: 大一新生因角色转换与环境适应压力,易出现情绪调节失衡引发的心理适应问题。本研究以大一新生为被试,采用前后测设计,通过多种相关量表探讨4周结构化表达性写作对新生正负性情绪的影响。结果显示,干预后被试正性情绪、心盛水平显著提升,负性情绪、抑郁及焦虑症状明显缓解,且差异均具统计学意义。该干预方案可有效提升新生积极心理资源、缓解负面心理状态,为高校新生心理健康教育提供了实证支持与干预路径。
Abstract: Freshmen in their freshman year are prone to psychological adaptation problems caused by imbalanced emotional regulation due to role transitions and environmental adaptation pressure. This study used freshmen as participants and employed a pre-test and post test design to explore the impact of 4-week structured expressive writing on the positive and negative emotions of freshmen through various related scales. The results showed that after the intervention, the subjects’ positive emotions and levels of happiness were significantly improved, while their negative emotions, depression, and anxiety symptoms were significantly relieved, and the differences were statistically significant. This intervention program can effectively enhance the positive psychological resources of freshmen, alleviate negative psychological states, and provide empirical support and intervention pathways for the mental health education of college freshmen.
