大学生实践能力培养的探索——以成都信息工程大学环境科学专业为例

摘要: 实践能力的培养是环境科学专业人才培养的核心环节。本文基于行业对复合型人才的需求,以强化学生实践与创新能力为关键,系统探讨专业实践能力培养体系的构建与优化。提出了“四个注重”的培养理念和注重“六位一体”实践教学体系的协同构建。通过“四个注重”专业技能的培训,构建理论教学与实践教学深度融合的实践教学培养理念。整合专业实验、工程实践、专业实习、大学生创新训练、毕业实习和毕业设计六大实践环节,建立“六位一体”有机衔接、相互支撑的实践教学体系。旨在培养学生将理论知识转化为解决复杂实际问题的综合能力,并在此过程中塑造其创新思维、职业素养与社会责任感,从而真正成长为能够适应行业需求、推动社会可持续发展的应用型与创新型人才。
Abstract: The cultivation of practical ability is a core component of talent training for the Environmental Science major. Based on the demand for interdisciplinary talents in the industry, this paper takes strengthening students’ practical and innovative capabilities as the key focus, and systematically explores the construction and optimization of a professional practical ability training system. It puts forward the training philosophy of “Four Emphases” and highlights the collaborative construction of an integrated “Six-in-One” practical teaching system. Through the training of professional skills under the guidance of the “Four Emphases”, a practical teaching philosophy featuring the deep integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching is established. By integrating six practical components—namely professional experiments, engineering practice, professional internships, college students’ innovation training programs, graduation internships, and graduation design—a synergistic and mutually supportive “Six-in-One” practical teaching system is built. The ultimate goal is to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability to translate theoretical knowledge into solutions to complex real-world problems, while fostering their innovative thinking, professional ethics, and social responsibility, thereby enabling them to grow into application-oriented and innovative talents who can meet industry demands and promote the sustainable development of society.
