社区家长学校的运行困境及改进策略研究
Research on the Operation Difficulties and Improvement Strategies of Community Parent Schools
摘要: 近年来,随着《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》和《关于健全学校家庭社会协同育人机制的意见》等国家文件的出台,家庭教育指导工作进入制度化、规范化发展新阶段。作为家庭教育指导服务的重要载体,社区家长学校在落实家庭学校社会协同育人,促进家长教育素质提升方面发挥着重要作用。然而,在实际运行过程中,部分社区家长学校仍存在家长缺乏价值认同、资源供给缺失、师资队伍建设薄弱、管理机制不健全等问题。基于以上困境,本文提出增强价值认同、优化资源配置、提升教师胜任力和健全管理机制等社区家长学校的改进策略,旨在推动社区家庭教育指导服务体系的完善,为社区家长学校的高质量发展提供可行性建议。
Abstract: In recent years, with the promulgation of national documents such as the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education and the Opinions on Improving the Collaborative Education Mechanism of Schools and Families, the guidance of family education has entered a new stage of institutionalization and standardization. As an important carrier of family education guidance services, community parent schools play an important role in implementing family school social collaborative education and promoting the quality improvement of parent education. However, in the actual operation process, some community parent schools still have problems such as parents’ lack of value recognition, lack of resource supply, weak teacher construction, and imperfect management mechanisms. Based on the above dilemmas, this article puts forward improvement strategies for community parent schools, such as enhancing value identification, optimizing resource allocation, improving teachers’ competence and improving management mechanisms. It aims to promote the improvement of the community family education guidance service system and provide feasibility suggestions for the high-quality development of community parent schools.
