Abstract: The research team of teachers, as the primary resource for the development of higher education and scientific and technological innovation in universities, whose construction quality is directly related to the effectiveness of completing the core task of talent training, the long-term foundation of discipline construction, and the ability to serve national strategies. Standing at a new historical starting point, facing the impact of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, it is an era task that universities must answer well to profoundly grasp the contemporary significance of constructing the teachers’ research team, comprehensively improve the construction quality, and consolidate the guarantee support system for high-quality development of universities.
