青州市农户土地转出意愿及影响因素研究

Study on the Willingness and Influencing Factors of Land Transfer among Farmers in Qingzhou City

摘要: 本文基于对374位农户的问卷调查，综合运用理论与实证分析方法，借助二元Logistic模型对采集数据展开分析。结果显示，农户的土地转出意愿受多重要素影响：其中，年龄、耕地面积与家庭劳动力数量呈显著负相关；而性别、教育水平、职业类别、家庭年收入、转出租金水平及对相关政策的满意度等因素，则表现出显著正向影响。加快土地转出需要政府、农民、市场等多方面的共同努力和协作，不断完善和创新土地转出模式，以适应现代农业发展的需求。

Abstract: This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of 374 farmers, integrating theoretical and empirical analysis methods, and employs a binary Logistic model to analyze the collected data. The results indicate that farmers’ willingness to transfer land is influenced by multiple factors: age, cultivated land area, and the number of household laborers show significant negative correlations; whereas factors such as gender, education level, occupation type, annual household income, land transfer rental levels, and satisfaction with relevant policies exhibit significant positive impacts. Accelerating land transfer requires collaborative efforts from the government, farmers, the market, and other stakeholders, along with continuous improvement and innovation in land transfer models to meet the demands of modern agricultural development.
