“基于肺肠同治”理论的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并老年性便秘的中医治疗研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Senile Constipation Based on the Theory of “Lung and Intestine Co-Treatment” in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是临床常见的呼吸系统危重症，因患病率、致残率、病死率高，已成为严重危害人体健康的慢性疾病之一。而老年性便秘是COPD常见的并发症之一，两者相互影响，加剧了病情进展，严重影响了患者生存质量。中医“肺与大肠相表里”理论来源于《黄帝内经》，认为肺与大肠经络相连，表里相应，升降相因，津液相关。近年来随着“肺与大肠相表里”理论的研究加深，从文献到临床，从现代生物到分子免疫学、胚胎学以及内分泌代谢等，为COPD合并老年性便秘的治疗开辟了新途径。随着中医治疗手段的丰富，以及循证医学证据疗效的确切，现将近5年的相关研究进展综述如下。

Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common critical respiratory disease in clinical practice. Due to its high prevalence, disability rate and mortality rate, it has become one of the chronic diseases that seriously endanger human health. Senile constipation is one of the common complications of COPD. The two conditions interact with each other, accelerating the progression of the disease and seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. The theory of “the lung and large intestine are exterior-interiorly related” in traditional Chinese medicine originates from the “Huangdi Neijing” and holds that the lung and large intestine are connected by meridians, correspond to each other, and are interrelated in ascending and descending functions as well as in the distribution of body fluids. In recent years, with the deepening of research on the theory of “the lung and large intestine are exterior-interiorly related”, new approaches have been opened up for the treatment of COPD complicated with senile constipation, from literature to clinical practice, and from modern biology to molecular immunology, embryology and endocrine metabolism. With the enrichment of traditional Chinese medical treatment methods and the confirmation of the efficacy of evidence-based medical evidence, the relevant research progress in the past five years is summarized as follows.
