价值链视角下电商物流赋能特钢企业降本增效路径研究——以S集团为例
Research on the Path of Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement for Special Steel Enterprises Enabled by E-Commerce Logistics from the Perspective of Value Chain—A Case Study of S Group
摘要: 在特钢行业高端化、数字化转型进程中,降本增效成为企业核心竞争焦点。本文以S集团为研究对象,基于波特价值链理论,聚焦“物流–生产”协同这一核心切口,结合特钢“多品种、小批量、高价值”的产品特性,明确特钢领域电商的定义与边界,深入剖析S集团电商物流与生产环节的协同现状、核心痛点及二者适配短板。研究发现,S集团存在电商物流信息碎片化、生产排程与电商订单脱节、APS系统未充分联动物流数据等关键问题。在此基础上,结合S集团生产运营实际,针对性提出以物流信息前置为核心、依托APS系统优化生产排程的协同策略,构建适配特钢特性的“电商物流信息-APS系统–生产执行”闭环体系,通过物流数据倒逼生产计划优化,实现物流效率提升与生产浪费削减的双向赋能。研究可为特钢企业依托电商物流与生产协同实现降本增效提供理论参考与实践路径,同时丰富价值链理论在特钢行业的应用场景。
Abstract: In the process of high-end development and digital transformation in the special steel industry, cost reduction and efficiency improvement have become the core competitive focus for enterprises. This paper takes S Group as the research object, based on Porter’s value chain theory, focuses on the core aspect of “logistics-production” synergy, and combines the product characteristics of special steel, which are “multiple varieties, small batches, and high value.” It clarifies the definition and boundaries of e-commerce in the special steel field, and deeply analyzes the current synergy status, core pain points, and compatibility shortcomings between e-commerce logistics and production processes in S Group. The research finds that S Group faces key issues such as fragmented e-commerce logistics information, disconnection between production scheduling and e-commerce orders, and insufficient integration of APS systems with logistics data. Based on this, and combined with the actual production and operation of S Group, a targeted synergy strategy centered on logistics information prepositioning and relying on the APS system to optimize production scheduling is proposed. A closed-loop system of “e-commerce logistics information-APS system-production execution” tailored to the characteristics of special steel is constructed. This system forces production plan optimization through logistics data, achieving bidirectional empowerment of logistics efficiency improvement and production waste reduction. The research provides theoretical reference and practical path for special steel enterprises to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through e-commerce logistics and production synergy, while enriching the application scenarios of value chain theory in the special steel industry.
