电子商务进村政策提升农村老年人健康水平的路径研究

Research on the Path of the Policy of Bringing E-Commerce to Rural Areas in Improving the Health Level of Rural Elderly

摘要: 在全球人口老龄化加速与数字技术深度融合发展的背景下，提升农村老年人健康水平是我国应对老龄化社会挑战的重要议题。电子商务进村政策作为推动数字经济与乡村发展结合的关键举措，为破解农村地区医疗资源匮乏、健康服务可及性差等问题提供了新路径。为此，本研究提出系统性优化策略，包括深化数字赋能以跨越数字鸿沟、以需求为导向优化资源配置、健全多元主体协同机制以及筑牢信息安全防线。旨在为完善电子商务进村政策、推动数字技术与农村健康事业深度融合、切实增进农村老年群体福祉提供理论参考与实践启示。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of accelerating global population aging and the deep integration of digital technologies, improving the health status of rural elderly populations has become a critical agenda for China in addressing the challenges of an aging society. As a pivotal initiative to integrate the digital economy with rural development, the rural e-commerce policy offers a novel pathway to mitigate issues such as the scarcity of healthcare resources and the limited accessibility of health services in rural regions. This study therefore proposes a set of systematic optimization strategies. These include: deepening digital empowerment to bridge the digital divide; optimizing resource allocation based on demand; establishing a robust multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanism; and fortifying the information security framework. The aim is to provide theoretical insights and practical implications for refining the rural e-commerce policy, fostering the deep integration of digital technology with rural health initiatives, and effectively enhancing the well-being of the rural elderly population.
