名人故居保护与利用研究——以公安三袁故居为例

Research on the Protection and Utilization of Famous People’s Former Residences—A Case Study of the Former Residences of the Three Yuan Brothers in Gong’an

摘要: 本文以湖北省公安县“公安三袁”故居为例，在文旅融合视角下探讨名人故居的保护与利用策略。研究指出，当前名人故居普遍面临原真性受损、记录缺失及活化不足等问题。公安三袁故居作为明代文学重要遗产，虽地面建筑已不存，但仍具备深厚的文化价值。在借鉴国内典型案例基础上，本文提出应通过整体保护、原貌复原与数字化技术重现历史场景，并结合地域文化特色，打造文化品牌与研学教育基地，推动故居由静态保存转向活态传承，从而实现文旅深度融合与可持续发展。

Abstract: Taking the former residences of the “Three Yuan Brothers in Gong’an” in Gong’an County, Hubei Province as an example, this paper explores the protection and utilization strategies of famous people’s former residences from the perspective of cultural tourism integration. The research points out that famous people’s former residences generally face problems such as damage to authenticity, lack of records, and insufficient revitalization. As an important literary heritage of the Ming Dynasty, the former residences of the Three Yuan Brothers in Gong’an, although the ground buildings no longer exist, still possess profound cultural value. Based on the domestic typical cases, this paper proposes that through overall protection, restoration of the original appearance, and the use of digital technology to recreate historical scenes, combined with regional cultural characteristics, cultural brands and study and education bases should be created to promote the transformation of the former residences from static preservation to dynamic inheritance, thereby achieving deep integration and sustainable development of culture and tourism.
