应用型高校发展型资助的数智化创新路径研究

摘要: 数智化技术的快速迭代，为应用型高校发展型资助工作的革新创造了前所未有的机遇。本文以应用型高校发展型资助工作为研究对象，聚焦当前家庭经济困难学生精准认定难、资助工作队伍能力适配不足、发展型资助实效不佳等现实问题，深入剖析数智化技术在优化资助流程、强化帮扶效能、深化育人质量等方面的应用价值。通过探索数智化识别、数智化帮扶、数智化领航等创新方向，试图构建一套兼具精准性、发展性与智能化的资助工作新模式，为应用型高校破解发展型资助困境、助力学生全面发展提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract: The rapid iteration of intelligent and digital technologies has created unprecedented opportunities for the innovation of developmental financial assistance work in application-oriented universities. Taking the developmental financial assistance work of application-oriented universities as the research object, this paper focuses on practical problems such as the difficulty in accurate identification of students from poor families, insufficient capacity adaptation of the financial assistance team, and unsatisfactory effectiveness of developmental financial assistance. It deeply analyzes the application value of intelligent and digital technologies in optimizing the financial assistance process, enhancing the effectiveness of assistance, and improving the quality of talent cultivation. By exploring innovative directions such as intelligent and digital identification, intelligent and digital assistance, and intelligent and digital guidance, this paper attempts to construct a new financial assistance model integrating accuracy, development and intelligence, so as to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for application-oriented universities to solve the dilemmas of developmental financial assistance and help students achieve all-round development.
