影像技术实习教学的创新实践:融合全程导师制、案例教学与问题导向学习策略的探索与思考
Innovative Practices in Imaging Technology Internship Teaching: Exploration and Reflection on Integrating Continuous Mentorship, Case-Based Teaching, and Problem-Based Learning Strategies
摘要: 随着高等医学教育改革的不断深入,医学影像技术专业学生在实习阶段常面临理论与实践脱节、教学资源分配不均及学习兴趣不足等挑战。基于我院医学影像技术实习教学现状,本文提出并实施了一种融合全程导师制、案例教学(Case-Based Learning, CBL)与问题导向学习(Problem-Based Learning, PBL)相结合的创新带教模式。该模式设计涵盖需求分析与课程设计、教学资源开发、教学实施、实习实践及评估反馈五大环节,构建了系统化、闭环式的实习教学体系。实践结果表明,该模式显著提升了实习生的专业技能水平、学习主动性和临床思维能力,切实实现了理论与实践的深度融合,为医学影像技术专业实习教学改革提供了可借鉴的经验与路径。
Abstract: With the continuous deepening of higher medical education reform, students majoring in medical imaging technology often face challenges during their internships, such as a gap between theory and practice, uneven distribution of teaching resources, and a lack of learning motivation. Based on the current status of internship teaching in our institution’s medical imaging technology program, this paper proposes and implements an innovative mentorship model that integrates continuous mentorship, Case-Based Learning (CBL), and Problem-Based Learning (PBL). The model is designed around five key phases—needs analysis and curriculum design, teaching resource development, instructional delivery, practical internship, and evaluation and feedback—forming a systematic, closed-loop internship teaching system. Practical results demonstrate that this model significantly enhances interns’ professional skill levels, learning initiative, and clinical reasoning abilities, effectively achieving deep integration of theory and practice and providing a replicable pathway for internship teaching reform in medical imaging technology.
