摘要: 数字经济作为技术驱动的新经济范式，正在超越传统生产关系与价值形态，成为推动全球经济结构变革的重要力量。基于马克思主义政治经济学基本理论框架，本文探讨数字经济时代下生产力与生产关系的再配置、价值创造及其分配机制的重构、以及制度与治理创新的现实需要。通过理论分析与现实案例的结合，论证数字经济的核心特征与发展趋势、其内在矛盾与制度性挑战，并提出优化路径。研究表明，数字经济不仅提升了社会生产力，还对价值规律、劳动关系和社会公平提出了新的命题。本文旨在为数字经济的高质量发展提供理论支持与政策启示。

Abstract: As a technology-driven new economic paradigm, the digital economy is surpassing traditional production relations and value forms, becoming a significant force driving the transformation of the global economic structure. Based on the fundamental theoretical framework of Marxist political economy, this paper explores the reconfiguration of productive forces and production relations, the reconstruction of value creation and distribution mechanisms, as well as the practical needs for institutional and governance innovations in the digital economy era. By combining theoretical analysis with real-world cases, it demonstrates the core characteristics and development trends of the digital economy, its inherent contradictions and institutional challenges, and proposes optimization pathways. The study shows that the digital economy not only enhances social productivity but also raises new questions regarding the laws of value, labor relations, and social equity. This paper aims to provide theoretical support and policy insights for the high-quality development of the digital economy.
