“为乡村人才培养”校企地协同培养的实践路径与赋能机制——以上海农林职业技术学院与叶榭井凌村合作项目为例
Practical Paths and Empowerment Mechanisms of University-Enterprise-Local Collaborative Training for “Rural Talent Development”—A Case Study of the Cooperation Project between Shanghai Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry and Jingling Village, Yexie Town
摘要: 破解乡村经营性人才的供给瓶颈是深入推进乡村振兴战略的核心议题。本文以上海农林职业技术学院与上海叶榭井凌村的协同培养项目为研究对象,聚焦“乡村运营官”这一新型人才,基于“实践共同体”理论,构建了“实践路径–赋能机制”的整合性分析框架。实现人才从理论认知到实践智慧、从旁观者到“新乡人”的身份转换与能力跃迁。旨在探索校企地深度融合的有效模式,为职业院校与服务区域发展深度融合、培养“下得去、用得上、留得住、干得好”的乡村高端复合型人才,提供可复制、可操作的“上海方案”与理论镜鉴。
Abstract: Addressing the shortage of rural managerial talents stands as a core issue in advancing the rural revitalization strategy, this paper examines the collaborative training program between Shanghai Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry and Jingling Village, Yexie Town, Shanghai as its research subject, with a focus on the emerging talent group known as “Village Operations Specialist”. Drawing on the “Community of Practice” theory, it develops an integrated analytical framework titled “Practice Path-Empowerment Mechanism”. This framework facilitates the transformation of talents—both in identity and capability—from theoretical understanding to practical wisdom and from outsiders to “new rural dwellers”. The study aims to explore effective models for the in-depth integration of universities, enterprises, and local communities, and to provide a replicable and actionable “Shanghai Model” along with theoretical insights. These resources support vocational colleges in deeply engaging with regional development and nurturing high-end composite rural talents capable of “moving to rural areas, contributing effectively, staying long-term, and delivering results”.
