乡村振兴中数字化阅读的双重效应与调适路径
Double Effects and Adaptive Paths of Digital Reading in Rural Vitalization
摘要: 本文立足于乡村振兴战略背景,聚焦数字化阅读在乡村社会推广过程中呈现的“数字赋能”与“数字鸿沟”并存的悖论性图景,以河南省25个村庄为研究范本,系统解析该悖论的具体表征与形成机理,进而提出具有现实可行性的调适路径。研究采用混合研究方法,通过问卷调查、深度访谈与参与式观察获取一手数据与质性材料。研究发现,数字化阅读在赋能乡村青少年、新农人等群体信息获取与技能发展的同时,亦加剧了老年人、低学历者等弱势群体的边缘化困境,其背后是基础设施接入差异、个体媒介素养不均以及社会支持体系薄弱等多重因素在“技术–能力–环境”框架下交织作用。本研究的创新之处在于构建“技术–能力–环境”整合性分析框架,并据此提出从单一“工具供给”转向“素养培育”与“环境营造”并重的系统性消解路径,以期为推动乡村振兴中的数字包容政策制定与实践推进提供学理依据与行动参鉴。
Abstract: This article, based on the strategy of rural revitalization, focuses on the contradictory landscape of “digital empowerment” and “digital” that emerged in the process of popularizing digital reading in rural society. Taking 25 villages in Henan Province as the research sample, it systematically analyzes the specific manifestation and formation mechanisms of this contradiction, and then proposes an adaptive path with practical feasibility. The study uses a mixed research method, obtaining primary data and qualitative materials through questionnaire surveys, indepth interviews and participatory observations. The study finds that while digital reading empowers rural youth, new farmers and other groups in information acquisition and skill development, it also exacerbates marginalization dilemma of vulnerable groups such as the elderly and people with low education. Behind this are multiple factors such as differences in infrastructure access, uneven individual media literacy and a weak social system intertwined under the framework of “technology-ability-environment”. The innovation of this study is to construct an integrated analysis framework of “technology-ability-environment, and to propose a systematic path of resolution from single “tool supply” to “literacy cultivation” and “environmental creation”, which is expected to provide theoretical basis and reference for the formulation and implementation of digital inclusive policies in rural revitalization.
