中医外治法治疗慢性荨麻疹的研究进展

摘要: 慢性荨麻疹是皮肤科常见的过敏性皮肤病之一，主要临床表现为皮肤黏膜反复出现红色或苍白色风团伴剧烈瘙痒，病程持续6周以上，病势反复，易诊难愈，甚者可诱发患者焦虑、抑郁等情绪障碍。中医外治法中的体针、耳穴疗法、自血疗法、穴位埋线、药浴治疗CU具有“简、便、效、廉”的临床优势。本文将从近年来中医外治法治疗CU的相关研究进行综述，总结中医外治法治疗CU的特点，为CU的个性化治疗提供新思路。
Abstract: Chronic urticaria is one of the common allergic skin diseases in dermatology. Its main clinical manifestations are the recurrent appearance of red or pale wheals on the skin and mucous membranes, accompanied by intense itching. The disease course persists for more than six weeks, with repeated relapses. It is easy to diagnose but difficult to cure. In severe cases, it can even trigger emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression in patients. Among the external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine, body acupuncture, auricular point therapy, auto-blood therapy, acupoint catgut embedding, and medicated bath for treating chronic urticaria (CU) have the clinical advantages of being simple, convenient, effective, and inexpensive. This paper reviews the relevant research on the treatment of CU with external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, summarizes the characteristics of these external treatment methods for CU, and provides new ideas for the personalized treatment of CU.
