雁阵效应模式在临床护理教学中的应用效果
Application Effect of Wild Goose Queue Effect Model in Clinical Nursing Teaching
摘要: 目的:探讨基于雁阵效应理论构建的协作教学模式在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法:采用随机对照试验设计,将2023年7月至2025年7月在重庆市某三级甲等医院儿科实习的230名护理本科生随机分为实验组(n = 115)和对照组(n = 115)。实验组实施为期4周的雁阵效应模式教学,对照组接受常规临床带教。于入科时和出科时评估两组学生的理论、实践操作考核成绩,并使用中文版自主学习能力量表(RSSDL-CV)和批判性思维倾向量表(CTDI-CV)进行测评。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行统计分析。结果:出科时,实验组学生的理论成绩(91.10 ± 4.64, t = 3.159, P < 0.002)、实践操作成绩(89.18 ± 4.75, t = 2.986, P < 0.003)、自主学习能力总分(198.23 ± 8.87 vs. 176.45 ± 7.38, t = 20.243, P < 0.001)及批判性思维总分(277.52 ± 14.88 vs. 243.17 ± 14.47, t = 17.744, P < 0.001)均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在临床护理教学中应用雁阵效应模式,能有效提升护生的专业成绩、自主学习能力与批判性思维倾向,是一种高效的临床教学方法。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of cooperative teaching mode based on wild goose queue effect theory in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: Using randomized controlled trial design, 230 undergraduate nursing students who practiced in pediatrics in a third-class first-class hospital in Chongqing from July 2023 to July 2025 were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 115) and control group (n = 115). The experimental group was taught by wild goose queue effect model for 4 weeks, while the control group received routine clinical teaching. At the time of entering and leaving the subject, the students of the two groups were evaluated on the theoretical and practical operation assessment results, and the Chinese version of Autonomous Learning Ability Scale (RSSDL-CV) and Critical Thinking Tendency Scale (CTDI-CV) were used for evaluation. SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: At the time of leaving the subject, the students in the experimental group had theoretical scores (91.10 ± 4.64, t = 3.159, P < 0.002), practical operation scores (89.18 ± 4.75, t = 2.986, P < 0.003) and the total score of autonomous learning ability (198.23 ± 8.87, P < 0.001) and the total score of critical thinking (277.52 ± 14.88 vs.243.17 ± 14.47, t = 17.744, P < 0.001) were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The application of wild goose queue effect model in clinical nursing teaching can effectively improve the professional achievement, autonomous learning ability and critical thinking tendency of nursing students, and it is an efficient clinical teaching method.
