地方高校服务区域教育资源配置的互动机制研究——基于产学研合作视角的分析

Research on the Interactive Mechanism of Local Universities Serving Regional Educational Resource Allocation—An Analysis from the Perspective of Industry-University-Research Cooperation

摘要: 地方高校作为区域教育体系的核心枢纽，其与区域教育资源配置的互动机制，对提升区域教育质量与完善教育生态具有关键影响。本文聚焦于二者互动机制的构建与优化问题，基于资源共享理论与协同创新模型，通过实证调研与多案例分析，剖析了产学研合作视域下二者互动的内在逻辑与现实困境。研究发现，当前互动中存在合作动力不足、对接机制不畅及支撑体系薄弱等突出问题。基于典型案例，本文提炼构建了“目标–资源–路径”一体化的系统化服务模式。研究结论表明，地方高校需以需求为导向，依托产学研多元主体协同，推动区域教育资源从“分散供给”向“集聚优化”转型，从而为区域教育高质量发展提供可持续的支撑。

Abstract: As the core hub of the regional education system, the interactive mechanism between local universities and regional educational resource allocation exerts a crucial impact on improving regional education quality and optimizing the education ecosystem. Focusing on the construction and optimization of this interactive mechanism, this paper, based on the theories of resource sharing and collaborative innovation models, analyzes the internal logic and practical dilemmas of their interaction from the perspective of industry-university-research cooperation through empirical research and multi-case analysis. The study finds that there are prominent problems in the current interaction, such as insufficient cooperation motivation, inefficient docking mechanisms and weak supporting systems. Based on typical cases, this paper extracts and constructs an integrated “goal-resource-path” systematic service model. The research conclusions show that local universities need to be demand-oriented, rely on the collaboration of multiple industry-university-research subjects, and promote the transformation of regional educational resources from “decentralized supply” to “agglomeration and optimization”, so as to provide sustainable support for the high-quality development of regional education.
