“五育并举”教育理念融入就业指导课程的研究——以南宁学院为例
Research on the Integration of the “Five-Education Co-Advancement” Education Concept into Employment Guidance Courses—A Case Study of Nanning University
摘要: “五育并举”是我国教育改革的重要方向,但传统就业指导课程存在“重智、轻德、弱体、抑美、缺劳”的结构性矛盾,难以满足企业对复合型人才的需求。通过对南宁学院工艺美术专业学生就业能力的分析,了解“五育并举”与就业能力存在多维映射关系。因此,本文以南宁学院工艺美术专业学生为研究对象,结合“五育并举”的教育理念,通过分析当前就业指导课程教学过程中存在的不足、探索“五育并举”融入工艺美术就业指导课程的实践模式,并开展效果评估,旨在探寻更有效可行的就业指导课程教育路径,助力学生顺利就业。
Abstract: The “Five-Education Co-advancement” is an important direction of China’s education reform. However, the traditional employment guidance courses have a structural contradiction of “emphasizing intelligence, neglecting morality, weakening physical fitness, suppressing aesthetics, and lacking labor”, which makes it difficult to meet the demand of enterprises for compound talents. Through the analysis of the employment ability of students majoring in arts and crafts at Nanning University, it is found that there is a multi-dimensional mapping relationship between “Five-Education Co-advancement” and employment ability. Therefore, this paper takes the students majoring in arts and crafts in Nanning University as the research object, combines the educational concept of “Five-Education Co-advancement”, analyzes the deficiencies in the current teaching process of employment guidance courses, explores the practical model of integrating “Five-Education Co-advancement” into the employment guidance courses of arts and crafts, and conducts effect evaluation, aiming to explore a more effective and feasible educational path for employment guidance courses and help students to be smoothly employed.
