企业联盟中竞合关系对企业创新绩效的影响研究评述

摘要: 在数字经济与全球价值链重构的背景下,党的二十大报告中明确提出“科技–人才–创新”三位一体发展战略,强调科技驱动、人才培养与创新激励的协同推进。在当前不确定性较大的环境当中,企业想要维续创新竞争主体地位,需要实现创新系统开放性、制度弹性与社会包容性的动态平衡。目前,企业正突破传统零和博弈思维,转向基于“竞合关系”的战略性创新互动,形成“合作–竞争”的动态博弈关系。适度水平的竞合强度可通过增强组织学习效应与创新冗余,显著提升企业突破性创新产出。因此,在数字技术驱动的开放式创新生态中,中国企业正从要么合作要么竞争的逻辑转向“竞合协同”的双重战略思维,通过构建企业联盟实现企业创新绩效提升。
Abstract: In the context of the digital economy and the restructuring of global value chains, the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the concept of “science and technology-talent-innovation” three-in-one development strategy, emphasizing the coordinated promotion of technology-driven development, talent cultivation, and innovation incentives. In the current environment of considerable uncertainty, enterprises need to achieve a dynamic balance between the openness of the innovation system, institutional flexibility, and social inclusiveness if they want to maintain their dominant position in innovation competition. Currently, enterprises are breaking through traditional zero-sum game thinking and shifting to strategic innovation interactions based on “co-opetition”, forming a dynamic game relationship of “cooperation-competition”. Moderate levels of co-opetition intensity can significantly enhance enterprises' breakthrough innovation output by enhancing organizational learning effects and innovation redundancy. Therefore, in the open innovation ecosystem driven by digital technology, Chinese enterprises are shifting from the logic of either cooperation or competition to a dual strategic thinking of “co-opetition synergy”, achieving improved enterprise innovation performance through the construction of enterprise alliances.
