乡村振兴战略下农耕精神融入产教融合育人体系的创新实践
Innovative Practices of Integrating the Farming Spirit into the Industry-Education Integration Talent Training System under the Rural Revitalization Strategy
摘要: 农耕精神作为中华文明的重要根基,蕴含勤劳坚韧、敬畏自然、创新进取、团结协作等核心内涵。在乡村振兴与农业现代化背景下,将农耕精神融入产教融合实践,对传承中华优秀传统文化、解决农业人才培养与产业需求脱节问题具有关键意义。本文先剖析农耕精神的四大内涵,再阐述其在产教融合中的价值——通过弘扬农耕文化提升民族自信,依托农耕故事强化专业认同,深耕农耕底蕴筑牢使命担当,最后从更新教育理念、改革课程体系、搭建实践平台、加强师资队伍建设四个维度,提出农耕精神助力产教融合的实践路径,旨在为农业教育与产业协同创新提供方向,培育“懂农业、知农村、爱农民”的新时代农业人才。
Abstract: As an important foundation of Chinese civilization, the farming spirit embodies core connotations such as diligence and perseverance, reverence for nature, innovation and progress, and solidarity and cooperation. Against the backdrop of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization, integrating the farming spirit into the practice of industry-education integration is of crucial significance for inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture and addressing the disconnect between agricultural talent training and industrial needs. This paper first analyzes the four core connotations of the farming spirit, then elaborates on its value in industry-education integration: enhancing national confidence by promoting farming culture, strengthening professional identity through farming stories, and consolidating a sense of mission by tapping into the profound heritage of farming. Finally, from four dimensions—updating educational concepts, reforming the curriculum system, building practical platforms, and strengthening teacher team construction—this paper proposes practical paths for the farming spirit to empower industry-education integration. The aim is to provide direction for the collaborative innovation of agricultural education and industry, and cultivate new-era agricultural talents who “understand agriculture, know rural areas, and care for farmers”.
