高中英语阅读教学中心理健康教育渗透的策略研究
Research on the Strategies of Integrating Mental Health Education into High School English Reading Teaching
摘要: 阅读语篇教学作为高中英语课堂的重要课型,不仅在促进学生英语学科核心素养形成中发挥关键作用,也在潜移默化中承担着培育健康情感与积极心理品质的教育功能。在心理健康教育日益受到重视的背景下,英语阅读课堂所蕴含的情境性、文化性与价值引领性,使其成为渗透心理健康教育的有效载体。本文以人教版高中英语必修一Unit 1 “Teenage Life”中Reading and Thinking板块的教学为例,梳理了当前高中英语阅读教学中学生常见的心理困境,如学习焦虑、自我效能感不足、价值认知偏差等,阐述在阅读教学中渗透心理健康教育的实践策略,并进一步阐明在英语教学中系统渗透心理健康教育的关键意义,从而实现英语阅读教学与心理健康教育的深度融合。
Abstract: Reading discourse teaching, as an important lesson type in high school English classes, not only plays a key role in promoting the formation of students’ core English academic qualities, but also undertakes the educational function of cultivating healthy emotions and positive psychological qualities in an imperceptible way. Against the backdrop of increasing attention to mental health education, the situational, cultural and value-leading nature of English reading classes makes them an effective carrier for integrating mental health education. This paper takes the “Teenage Life” unit 1 of the Chinese textbook for high school English, specifically the Reading and Thinking section, as an example to sort out the common psychological dilemmas of students in current high school English reading teaching, such as learning anxiety, insufficient self-efficacy, and value cognition deviation. It elaborates on the practical strategies for integrating mental health education in reading teaching and further clarifies the key significance of systematically integrating mental health education in English teaching, so as to achieve the deep integration of English reading teaching and mental health education.
