课程思政融入一流课程建设实践路径探索——以《公司治理》课程为例

摘要: 探索课程思政融入《公司治理》一流课程建设的有效路径,既是实现立德树人根本任务的根本要求,也是提升课程教学质量、培养德才兼备的复合型人才的重要举措。本文秉持“学生中心、产出导向、思政融合”理念,通过重构教学目标、整合课程内容、改进教学方法、建立多元考评体系,探索课程思政与一流课程建设的融合路径。确保思政教育与专业课程教学的深度融合,落实立德树人的目标,提升课程教学质量。
Abstract: Exploring effective pathways for integrating ideological and political education into the construction of a first-class “Corporate Governance” course is not only a fundamental requirement for achieving the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and nurturing talent, but also an important measure to improve the quality of course teaching and cultivate well-rounded, multi-skilled talents with both moral integrity and professional competence. This paper, adhering to the principles of “student-centered, outcome-oriented, and ideological and political integration”, explores the integration path of ideological and political education and first-class course construction by reconstructing teaching objectives, integrating course content, improving teaching methods, and establishing a diversified evaluation system. This ensures the deep integration of ideological and political education with professional course teaching, implements the goal of cultivating moral character and nurturing talent, and improves the quality of course teaching.
