肿瘤科患者短视频叙事对Z世代医学生共情教育的作用探析
Analysis of the Effect of Short Video Narrative of Oncology Patients on Empathy Education of Z-Generation Medical Students
摘要: 在医学教育向“人文与技术并重”转型的背景下,Z世代医学生既是数字原住民,又是未来医疗领域的重要后备力量,承载着人类生命与健康的希望。主动接受并利用数字时代的工具,将肿瘤科患者短视频叙事和医学生共情能力培养相结合,能够以感官化、主体化、真实化、情境化的方式有效激发医学生的情感共情,深化认知共情,推进行为共情。因此,通过建立高质量资源库、设计“观看–反思–实践”的三步教学模块、搭建多维度评估体系,可以系统化发挥短视频叙事的教育功能,打破传统医学人文教育中“情感体验不足”的难题,进而培养出能真正“看见”并“回应”患者痛苦的新时代“仁医”。
Abstract: In the context of the transformation of medical education to “equal emphasis on humanities and technology”, Z-generation medical students are not only digital aborigines, but also an important reserve force in the future medical field, carrying the hope of human life and health. Actively accepting and using the tools of the digital age, combining the short video narrative of oncology patients with the cultivation of medical students’ empathy ability, can effectively stimulate the emotional empathy of medical students in a sensory, subjective, real and situational way, deepen cognitive empathy, and promote behavioral empathy. Therefore, by establishing a high-quality resource library, designing a three-step teaching module of “viewing-reflection-practice”, and building a multi-dimensional evaluation system, the educational function of short video narration can be systematically exerted, and the problem of “lack of emotional experience” in traditional medical humanities education can be broken, so as to cultivate a new era of “benevolent medicine” that can truly “see” and “respond” to the pain of patients.
