OBE-CDIO理念下计算机类专业“房子”型本硕贯通创新培养模式探索
Exploring the “House” Model for Integrated Undergraduate-Master Innovative Cultivation in Computer Science under the OBE-CDIO Concept
摘要: 目前,计算机类专业传统培养模式无法有效契合社会发展,尤其是难以满足市场对创新型及应用型人才的迫切需求,本文深入探索了在OBE与CDIO理念融合框架下,构建基于课程思政教育的计算机类专业“房子”型本硕贯通创新培养模式。通过实施“房子”型结构,实现了本科与研究生教育的无缝对接,有效规避了培养过程中的潜在风险,促进了学生综合素质的全面提升。此外,本研究还建立了一套多元化的培养模式评价体系,以确保教育质量与成效的持续优化。为验证模型有效性,本研究以“人工智能”专业方向为试点,开展了为期一年的实践探索,通过量化数据与质性分析相结合的方法,初步验证了该模式在提升学生实践能力、创新产出及思政素养方面的积极作用。
Abstract: Currently, the traditional cultivation model for computer science majors fails to align effectively with societal development, particularly in meeting the urgent social demand for innovative and application-oriented talents. This paper explores the construction of a “House” model for integrated undergraduate-master innovative cultivation in computer science, based on the ideological and political education in curricula, within the fused framework of OBE and CDIO concepts. The implementation of this “House” structure achieves a seamless connection between undergraduate and postgraduate education, effectively mitigates potential risks in the cultivation process, and promotes the comprehensive enhancement of students’ overall quality. Furthermore, this study establishes a diversified evaluation system for the cultivation model to ensure the continuous optimization of educational quality and effectiveness. To validate the model’s efficacy, a one-year pilot study was conducted in the “Artificial Intelligence” specialization, employing a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative data and qualitative analysis. The preliminary results affirm the model’s positive impact on enhancing students’ practical skills, innovative outputs, and ideological literacy.
