人工智能技术对大学生学术伦理与知识产权观念的冲击及对策研究
The Impact of Artificial Intelligence Technology on University Students’ Academic Ethics and Intellectual Property Concepts, and Corresponding Countermeasures
摘要: 随着生成式人工智能技术的迅猛发展与普及,以ChatGPT为代表的大模型已深度渗透至高等教育领域,为大学生的学习与科研带来了前所未有的便利。然而,这种技术赋能也是一把双刃剑。它模糊了辅助工具与学术主体之间的界限,导致AI代写论文、数据造假、规避查重等新型学术不端行为频发,对建立在传统人脑创造基础上的学术伦理与知识产权规范构成了严峻挑战。在理论层面,该研究有助于丰富和发展信息时代的学术伦理理论,为构建适应人工智能发展的学术规范与知识产权界定体系提供学理支撑。本研究旨在精准识别AI技术对大学生学术观念造成的冲击,进而为高校管理者、教师及学生提供系统性的应对策略,对于维护学术诚信、保障人才培养质量、引导负责任的创新具有至关重要的作用。
Abstract: With the rapid development and widespread adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology, large language models represented by ChatGPT have deeply penetrated the field of higher education, bringing unprecedented convenience to university students’ learning and research. However, this technological empowerment is a double-edged sword. It blurs the boundary between assistive tools and the academic agent, leading to frequent occurrences of new forms of academic misconduct such as AI-generated papers, data fabrication, and evasion of plagiarism detection. This poses a severe challenge to the established norms of academic ethics and intellectual property, which are traditionally founded on human intellectual creation. At the theoretical level, this research contributes to enriching and developing academic ethics theory for the information age, providing a theoretical foundation for constructing academic norms and intellectual property definition system adaptable to the development of AI. This study aims to accurately identify the impact of AI technology on the academic concepts of university students, thereby offering systematic response strategies for university administrators, faculty, and students. It plays a crucial role in fostering a proper academic atmosphere, ensuring the quality of talent cultivation, and guiding responsible innovation.
