课程思政视域下电子信息工程实训教学的育人路径与实践研究
Research on Educational Approaches and Practical Implementation of Electronic Information Engineering Practical Training from the Perspective of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education
摘要: 随着新时代教育改革的深入推进,课程思政成为落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措。电子信息工程实训教学作为培养学生实践创新能力与职业素养的重要环节,与课程思政的融合具有天然优势。本文基于课程思政视域,探讨电子信息工程实训教学的育人路径与实践策略,分析实训教学中融入思政元素的内在逻辑与实践模式,提出“三维教学目标–四大教学空间–五大教学环节”的联动机制,构建“岗课赛证”综合育人体系,并通过典型案例分析展示思政元素与实训教学内容的有机融合。研究表明,通过创新教学模式、加强师资队伍建设、完善评价机制,能够有效实现知识传授、能力培养与价值引领的统一,为培养德技并修的高素质电子信息工程人才提供实践参考。
Abstract: With the deepening of educational reform in the new era, curriculum-based ideological and political education has become a pivotal measure to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. As a key component in cultivating students’ practical innovation capabilities and professional competence, electronic information engineering practical training possesses inherent advantages for integration with ideological and political education. From the perspective of curriculum-based ideological and political education, this paper explores the educational approaches and practical strategies for electronic information engineering practical training. It analyzes the underlying logic and implementation models for incorporating ideological and political elements into practical training, proposes an integrated mechanism of “three-dimensional teaching objectives, four teaching dimensions, and five teaching phases”, and constructs a comprehensive educational framework aligned with “post requirements, course content, competition platforms, and certification standards”. Through typical case studies, it demonstrates the effective integration of ideological and political elements with practical training content. The research indicates that by innovating teaching models, strengthening faculty development, and refining evaluation mechanisms, the unity of knowledge impartation, skill cultivation, and value guidance can be effectively achieved. This provides practical insights for cultivating high-quality electronic information engineering professionals with both ethical integrity and technical expertise.
